Ping Maps: User Guide (v2)

Accessing Ping.Maps

Once your organization has completed the Single Sign On (SSO) Setup, Ping.Maps will be available for you to utilize as a user. In any Ping SOV, the Ping Data Intelligence Ribbon will appear at the top of the Excel document.

To open Ping.Maps, you will need to first select a building location on the Locations tab of the Ping SOV. You can select any cell within the row of that location.

Once this cell is selected, click on “Open Ping.Maps” located in the Ping Data Intelligence Ribbon:

Clicking this will then open a page on your default browser to the Ping.Maps utility within the PingIntel.com domain:

Ping.Maps Screen Overview

In the upper left corner of the screen, a Metrics Window displays various information including the name of the SOV, number of Buildings, and TIV. These metrics are broken into those that were geocoded successfully, geocoded unsuccessfully, and a total of each:
